In order to provide affordable options Real Life Counselling provides a discounted fee for those able to attend sessions beginning at 4pm or earlier on weekdays.

WILL MY EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS COVER MY SESSIONS?
Please confirm with your health insurer to ensure they cover clinical or psychological “counselling” specifically in your policy. Keep in mind that if your session will be covered you will need to submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement. If it is not covered in your health benefits package many companies provide “Health and Wellness Plans” that will cover counselling.
Keep in mind that accessing counselling services is an investment in you. This positive investment ripples out to your family, friends, workplace and community.
At the end of the day the reasonable rates offered by Real Life Counselling Services would require the same investment as if you used your extended health care plan. And this is a more significant consideration if you wish to continue in your healing journey beyond 6 sessions.
My services can be covered by most insurance plans including ASEBP, Alberta Blue Cross, SunLife, Greenshield and others. Check with your insurer to confirm.
